Key Features
WeNotifyYou is an efficient and easy way to manage your
critical dates and contract notices, ensuring you receive proper notification prior to a crucial date. Our state-of-the-art system has three key features:
1)Date Notifications - WeNotifyYou provides notifications (to up to 10 people or “contacts”), up to three times --- of an upcoming event deadline or
critical date. You will select between one and three “primary contacts” who will be contacted by follow-up e-mails and
phone calls until we receive confirmation of receipt of the notification from at least one of them. This ensures that all concerned parties will receive timely notification of the pending critical date.
2)Notices - Every contract has a “Notices” provision
dictating the required communication method and the parties to whom the notice
must be sent. Our service works as an alternative method in the servicing of those notices. When you designate
WeNotifyYou, Inc. as the method of delivering notice to the named contact from
your company, WeNotifyYou, Inc. ensures that the predetermined designated party

3)Reports - Our product provides a comprehensive reporting
package for viewing the user’s/company’s information in a variety of ways. For example, a user could generate a list of
their documents to be viewed/sorted by document name, document type, critical
date, or other user-defined parameters.
How the Service Works top
A simple, intuitive system is in place to allow end users to
quickly and efficiently enter, track and manage document dates and associated
notifications.
Subscription - Each new user or client must subscribe to the service
by filling out a short account profile and paying a minimal yearly subscription fee.
Notices - Subscribers can incorporate a feature of the
WeNotifyYou, Inc. service whereby WeNotifyYou is an alternative communication
method in all of the “Notice” provisions of their contracts. The simple insertion of some basic template
language ensures that future contract “Notices” will be forwarded to the
appropriate parties. For more information refer to Third Party notice service.
Notifications - Clients can easily set up within their accounts numerous
documents, each of which can have multiple notification dates and participants. End users have a choice of:
- Who gets notified (one to ten contacts)
- Who will be their three primary contacts
- What information to input (dates, short descriptive notes or action)
- When they want notification to be sent (up to three times prior to the event at timed intervals of their choosing)
- How they want notification to be sent (e-mail, certified mail, or a combination of the two)
Acknowledgement - An acknowledgement process is in place to make
sure the information entered is correct. We will send an e-mail confirming the details to the WeNotifyYou client
who entered the information. An e-mail with details of the entry will also be sent to all of the contacts designated
to receive notification. This ensures that everyone involved will be aware of the critical date, and that they will
receive future notification(s) when that date is approaching.
The Event - The client’s pre-selected notification dates are
triggered by the critical event deadline or date, and WeNotifyYou sends notifications as designated by the client, at the specified times/intervals.
Information Management - End users can go to the company account, view
their data, and generate reports in a variety of ways customized to meet their unique needs. In our Phase Two Release,
scheduled for March 2001, users will be able to set up a sophisticated company hierarchy to manage all document information input by a firm, and then
generate a variety of corporate wide reports based on that information. The hierarchy also allows for the transfer
of documents and contacts between users of the system to facilitate a company’s
evolving needs.
Relentless Updating - WeNotifyYou, Inc. requests that clients view and
update their account profiles, contact lists and documents at least every twelve months, to ensure that all information maintained in the system is
accurate. Our twelve-month Executive Summary Report is a valuable tool for our clients in facilitating this process.

our services as promised.
Details - WeNotifyYou, Inc.’s structured system ensures
that no “notification event” will be deemed closed until an e-mail confirming
receipt of the notification is received and logged by us. We always verify that one of the pre-determined primary contacts has acknowledged receipt of our message.
Redundancy - WeNotifyYou, Inc. has built a triple redundant
system to ensure that you will not miss dates or lose information. In addition, we guarantee that client capacity will never affect the
superlative level of our service.
Privacy Policy - WeNotifyYou, Inc. has a strict privacy and
confidentiality policy. No information about our clients will be shared or sold. For more information,

Pricing top
WeNotifyYou’s Basic and Corporate pricing arrangement consists of
an annual subscription and usage based billing for each critical date
entered. Pricing for our Enterprise
Tier consists of an annual licensing fee. The pricing reflects a minimal cost
investment per contract or document in comparison to the overall value inherent
in each contract or transaction.
Subscription – an annual fee per client. The subscription includes full access to all
features of the service including:
reports, contact management, date notification entry and management,
multiple account users and unlimited usage of the Third Party notice option.
Notification – One time critical date fee tied to the event date
entered, regardless of how many e-mails are sent to ensure a user and his/her
contacts receive the appropriate notification.
Clients are billed when the event is entered in the system.

E-mail service - included in the standard fee is the full breadth
of services: a client can choose 1 to
10 contacts to receive the notification and may choose for the notification to
be sent 1 to 3 times – this would result in 1 to 30 e-mail messages being sent
based upon the client’s desires. The
notifications are tracked to ensure receipt through an acknowledgement process
and additional e-mails and phone contact will be made until an acknowledgement
of receipt is received by at least one primary contact. All for the single critical date fee!
Certified Mail – For an additional $15, receive one letter via
certified mail along with the e-mail notification(s) for a critical event.
