Go to www.WeNotifyYou.com. Click on "Register Now", and you will be linked to our easy step-by-step registration page. Simply enter your information and click "submit". Your account will be activated before the end of the next business day!

2. How do I make changes to my profile?
When you click on "My Information Manager" in the toolbar, choose the "Client Profile" entry. This will lead you to
the page where you can change your profile information.

3. How do I add a document?
There are two ways to arrive at the 4-step Add Document process. From the WeNotifyYou homepage, click the "Add Document" button, or choose the "Add Document" entry under "Documents" in the toolbar at the top of the page.

4. How do I add a contact?
The "Contacts" entry under "My Information Manager" in the toolbar at the top of the page will lead you to the Contact main page. Add a contact by choosing the "Add Contact" button on this page. Then, follow the simple process on the next screen.

5. How do I create a group of contacts?
The "Contacts & Groups" link under the "My Information Manager" in the toolbar at the top of the page will lead you to the Contact main page. Click "Add Group", and then follow the simple process on the next screen.

6. How do I view my reports?
Once you are a registered client, your personal homepage will display your upcoming documents and notification dates. You may see the details of any document by clicking on the document name. Or, from any page, choose "Reports" from the toolbar at the top of the page to run a report for any document.

7. How do I download my reports?
Once you have run a report and the report results are presented, you will have a "Download" option. This will open a window where you can specify the filename and the location on your computer for the report you want to save.

8. What is the Third-Party Option?
The Third-Party option is an exclusive feature of the WeNotifyYou service.
Most contracts contain a "Notices" provision, which dictates the required communication method and the persons to whom notice under the contract is to be sent.
Our service works as a supplemental method for the serving of those notices. When you include WeNotifyYou, Inc. as a designated
third-party in your contract, we ensure that the specified persons receive proper and timely notice as required under the contract.
Furthermore, if the person specified in the Notice Provision of the contract has left your company, WeNotifyYou guarantees that someone at
your company receives the notice. Or, if you need to designate a new person to receive notices, you can simply
replace the old name with the new one in your account’s Contact Manager in our system, and the new person will receive the notice – no need to change the contact
name in large numbers of outstanding contracts.
How does this work?
- When
you register with WeNotifyYou, you are assigned a WeNotifyYou ID (this
number is located on your account profile), which never changes.
- To
facilitate the Third Party option service, you will simply add a short
instructional paragraph to the language you currently use in your
contracts’ Notices Provisions (see suggested language below).
- You
insert the modified language into the Notices Provisions of all your
contracts, making sure that your WeNotifyYou ID is inserted as part of the
template language (also see below).
- When
the other party (ies) to your contract wants to send you a notice, they
read the Notice Provision in the contract to determine the appropriate
method of serving notice. As in
the past, they will send you notice by the traditional method, but they
will also be directed to go to the Third Party Notice page on the WeNotifyYou website, enter your WeNotifyYou
ID, and either type or paste the text of the
notice.
- WeNotifyYou
immediately sends you the notice via e-mail.

10. How much does the WeNotifyYou service cost?
WeNotifyYou’s Basic and Corporate pricing arrangement consists of
an annual subscription and usage based billing for each critical date
entered. Pricing for our Enterprise
Tier consists of an annual licensing fee. The pricing reflects a minimal cost
investment per contract or document in comparison to the overall value inherent
in each contract or transaction.
Subscription – an annual fee per client. The subscription includes full access to all
features of the service including:
reports, contact management, date notification entry and management,
multiple account users and unlimited usage of the Third Party notice option.
Notification – One time critical date fee tied to the event date
entered, regardless of how many e-mails are sent to ensure a user and his/her
contacts receive the appropriate notification.
Clients are billed when the event is entered in the system.

E-mail service - included in the standard fee is the full breadth
of services: a client can choose 1 to
10 contacts to receive the notification and may choose for the notification to
be sent 1 to 3 times – this would result in 1 to 30 e-mail messages being sent
based upon the client’s desires. The
notifications are tracked to ensure receipt through an acknowledgement process
and additional e-mails and phone contact will be made until an acknowledgement
of receipt is received by at least one primary contact. All for the single critical date fee!
Certified Mail – For an additional $15, receive one letter via
certified mail along with the e-mail notification(s) for a critical event.

11. How do I set up multiple users for the same company?
The account manager can go to "User Management" under MyInformation Manager of the Utility bar and add multiple users
by entering the user details and assigning a User Name and password to each user. The account manager can also assign the User Type to a user.
Then the user can just logon with the assigned User Name and password and use the account.

12. Can I share information with other users from my company?
WeNotifyYou offers multi-user accounts where you can assign different privilege
levels to users to view and edit the documents in the account. Also, you have the ability to transfer
documents and/or contacts from one user in your company to another. Keeping track of all your company
information has never been easier!

13. What information does the e-mail notification contain when it's sent?
You will receive e-mail from WeNotifyYou on several occasions:
1) After registering, we’ll send an e-mail with your new profile information to verify that it
is correct.
2) After you enter document/notification information, we’ll e-mail you and your contacts with a
summary of the information you entered, just to let you know that it is in the
system.
3) The actual notification will be sent to the 1-10 contacts you designated, and will include
the Document Name, Document Number (if you supplied one), Document Type (if you
supplied one), as well as the Event Name and Event Date that you entered.
For primary contact(s), we will include a link back to us by which they can
acknowledge receipt of the notification.
4) If you make any changes to documents or to your profile, we’ll send an e-mail to verify those
changes.
5) We’ll also send an annual e-mail reminding you to renew your subscription and to update your
personal profile as well as your contact information.

14. How secure is WeNotifyYou?
Our customers demand the highest degree of security when sending and receiving company
critical information over the internet. WeNotifyYou protects your data in various ways.
Network Security -To start, all your data entry and data transfer is safely behind a Secure Socket Layer.
WeNotifyYou uses Verisign's technology to facilitate this encrypted connection. On top of that, "firewalls" ensure that unauthorized users are blocked from access to our servers.
Physical Security -Our servers are located at a highly secure third-party facility. The servers
are monitored 24x7, and backups are done on a daily basis.
Of course, you play a major role in the security of your data. Make sure that no one but you has access to your username and password.
The combination of these security measures makes it virtually impossible that your critical information is accessed by unauthorized users.

15. What types of dates can I use with my account?
You can enter and be notified about anything that
affects your business. The service has been designed for critical contractual
dates (real estate or equipment leases, option contracts), regulatory
dates, UCC filings, SEC filings, patents and trademarks. These are just
the tip of the iceberg! You can use WeNotifyYou to track any future date
that is important to you.

16. I forgot my Password. What do I do now?
If you still have the confirmation e-mail that
was sent to you when you first registered for WeNotifyYou, you can view it and
retrieve your log on information. If you no longer have the confirmation e-mail,
but you remember your User Name and have only forgotten your password, simply
click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the upper portion of the
WeNotifyYou home page. This will display a screen where you simply enter
your User Name (the name you use to log on to WeNotifyYou) and click OK.
We will send you an e-mail with your password.
If you do not have either your User Name or your confirmation e-mail,
please contact the WeNotifyYou Customer Service Team for help in accessing your
account, at support@WeNotifyYou.com.
Remember to include the exact name (first & last) you entered when
registering for an account.

17. Why did WeNotifyYou log me off?
Each time you log on, you begin a session. To keep your account secure, your session will end and you’ll be automatically
logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity. For example, if you leave your
WeNotifyYou account to browse the Web for an extended period of time, you’ll be
asked to log on again when you attempt to return to your WeNotifyYou
account. Please note that any information you had entered on our site and that had not yet been saved will be lost.

18. How do I change my password?
Click on "My Information Manager" on the toolbar and choose "Client Profile." At the bottom of the screen, click the "Change Password" button, then make your change.
