Add Contacts and Groups

Enter the names and e-mail addresses of your contacts to form a Contact List. These are the people who should be notified about your documents' deadlines. There is no limit to the number of contacts you can add.

Our clients often send notification to the same people regarding many documents. Rather than add one contact at a time, create a Group and insert them all in one document with one step!

  • Choose 1 - 10 people to be informed of this date.
  • Contacts can be from your company or external associates.
