Using our System is Simple

Entering your documents is easy and flexible. Enter as little or as much as you need. Our system does not require time spent training your staff.

  • To enter your documents, you are required to complete only one field - the document name.

  • Enter the date(s) that you want WeNotifyYou to send e-mail regarding this event. Choose 1-3 dates on which you want WeNotifyYou to send notifications referencing the event.

  • There is no limit to the number of dates you can enter for each document or event.

  • For an additional $15, have one contact receive a letter via certified mail along with the e-mail notification.
